Title: '2DEE: Lyrical Ammo Freestyle'

On behalf of D6ix Records, 2DEE made four freestyles from February to March. These covers were recorded and produced in Mandatory Music in London, United Kingdom. This is the fourth freestyle to be released.

​

As the videographer of this project, I worked closely with the artist, 2DEE, to discuss the meaning and story behind his freestyles, which would help me better understand how he wanted to present these freestyles visually. 

​

For each video we made, we wanted to be unique and have a different aesthetic depending on the freestyle we used. The aesthetic of each video would help compliment the message and vibe that the freestyle is portraying. 

​

This freestyle was a lot colder and 2DEE used more of his negative experiences throughout his life to creating this masterpiece. As the lyrics are very hard-hitting and more aggressive, it was only fitting to use a red neon background to compliment the lyrics that were being rapped. It creates a menacing atmosphere for the audience. The use of neon glow drawings also helps to portray what he is saying throughout the freestyle and makes the video more visually pleasing and eye-catching.
