This is the official crowdfunding trailer for the short film 'NAHLA'. It is currently in the post-production stage and will be releasing to film festivals across the world! Will be coming out soon.

'NAHLA' is a short film about the journey of a curious, mindful young woman finding freedom in an overwhelming world. NAHLA is about a young, spiritual woman, living off the grid with her aunt Rayowa, in London, after her parents died in a tragic accident when she was 12 years old. On the day of her parents’ anniversary of passing away, Nahla struggles to free her mind, blinded by memories, toxic thoughts, family expectations and the general fear of not fitting in society and the rhythm of the city. Facing her past and present, during a normal day in her nomadic life, reflecting on what she wants and what freedom and happiness mean to her, Nahla makes a life-changing decision. A decision that directly guides her outside London in the open world, helping her to finally find peace and freedom through her connection with nature, following the mind of the free.

Throughout this project I managed the social media and crowdfunding pages for the short film NALHA to help gain as much traction and advertisement to the film as possible. We have raised £1420 pounds for the project which will be used for the locations in the film, funding for food and accommodation for the cast, the unique props for the film and for the submission to film festivals too.
